What we collect and why
Enquiry form and email. Name, email, where you are from, type of ceremony and experience, preferred place and date, alpine guide preference and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Statistics (only with your consent): aggregated browsing data collected with Google Analytics, with IP addresses not stored by Google. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Marketing (only with your consent): browsing data collected with Meta Pixel to measure and personalise ads on Facebook and Instagram. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Statistics and marketing data are kept according to each service's settings (up to 14 months for Google Analytics).
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that help us run the site and our email, appointed as data processors: our website and form host (Netlify, Inc.), our email provider and, only with your consent, Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States under the safeguards of Articles 45 and 46 GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). We never sell or hand over your data to third parties.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw your consent without affecting earlier processing, by writing to info@altoelopements.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.

Statistics and marketing cookies are set only after your consent, which we ask for with the banner on your first visit. If you close the banner with the X, only necessary cookies stay active. Your choice lasts 6 months and you can change it at any time:
